At Dossier EU, we want you to find your perfect scent risk-free. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the fragrance bottles securely in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
